Was sent to them by the VA, the best thing they have ever done for me. Had four crowns put on. They did such a perfect job. Fast, friendly and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend this dentist if anybody ever needs any work done.

I called this dental office as a new patient because it came highly recommended, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The young lady who answered the phone was rude and seemed unwilling to answer basic questions. When I asked if they accept Tricare, I was told there are many different dental insurances under Tricare and that she wouldn’t be able to tell me whether my insurance was accepted. I was also not given the opportunity to provide my information so it could be checked. As a former member of the military, I expected a bit more patience and professionalism. Because of this interaction, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

I had a very disappointing experience with a dentist office in this morning. I was referred to this dentist office by another Veteran that had nothing but, good things to say. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. From the moment I tried to communicate my concerns, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and were not respectful in how they spoke to me. As a patient, you expect professionalism, clear communication, and a willingness to address issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I felt like my concerns were brushed off and not taken seriously. Good customer service is just as important as the dental care itself, and patients deserve to be treated with respect. I hope this office takes the time to improve how they interact with people.

Been calling the office for a week, every day and at different times during office hours but it’s always a voicemail ONLY. Left a few messages until on Friday (it’s now the following Monday, AFTER 8 AM) the voicemail was changed with the notice of closure for Labor Day observance. Today, still nothing. No call back and STILL ONLY VOICEMAIL. Thankfully, I don’t have any pain but rather was looking for an alternative dentist AND to get an estimate for veneers. I already have one estimate but in this day and age, one goes shopping for the best possible option. So I thought I would try another dentist. Guess this one doesn’t need $35k. Went to the website and they have a button to click to make an appointment. Yay! Clicked the button, the site surges and BOOM, back to the button it goes. Just safe yourselves the money and take the useless website off! Killeen has ZERO professional businesses, how do yall even function in this town!?! 🤯 Or is it that you have 2 people overloaded with the job of 6 people!?! Unethical!

I found Dr. Higson & Snyder online, The ratings were exceptional good! I thought I'd give it a shot! Had not so pleasant experiences in the past. I can honestly say, this was the best decision I've made in a long time when it comes to dentists! Both doctors are absolutely the bomb!!! Afraid of dental work? Not at this clinic!! Had over a year now major dental work done, and feel so comfortable that I found myself humming in the chair!!!lol... the doctor takes his time to get to know you, listens to you, the patient!!! And he makes your visit as comfortable as possible! The whole staff has become family to me!!! My visits now, thanks to both doctors, turned in to a visit to friends!! And the work on my teeth what the lab concern is just as great!! I would recommend this dentistry to everyone, honestly!!! Absolutely great !!! Thanks Doctors I am your fan!! Silvia Z.
